Even if you have NO insurance and you are involved in an accident that is not your fault - the other parties insurance company will pay the damages. They are entitled to.

However, in this situation, appears this guy was hit by a hit and run driver - if he has no ID of the person that hit him and since he does not have insurance of his own, he's basically out of luck. He has no resources to get his vehicle repaired. Say he was insured, and had uninsured motorist property damage coverage, he would be able to get his vehicle repaired through his own carrier.

Hope this is a lesson to that person!

The dude split because, fault or not, with no insurance he will also get a ticket, the car will get towed (even if it could run), and his license will likely get jerked by the DMV.

Bottom line.. Driving without insurance is like gambling in a casion. You are going to lose.. maybe not today, but then tomorrow for sure.

Man, thats a big problem for you...sometimes you get all the blame for the accident coz you dont have any insurance that only implicates that you are not allowed to drive a car...

Man I suggest you a get a car insurance and if you think its expensive but its for you safety...and you can make a search for a cheap car insurance on the net...visit sites like this http://www.nightbirdssolutions.com and compare prices yourself and see what fits your budget.

In the situation you describe, the fault automatically goes to the person without insurance, since they shouldn't have been on the road in the first place.
