The best casino in Atlantic City in my opinion is the Taj Mahal its right across from the beach, they have alot of things to do there and the gambling is great. The Borgata is also great but its 10 miles from the beach. Also next to the Taj, you have Resorts and Showboat.

For a fashionable 20 something, the only place to go is the Borgata.
They actively court the young and the hip. Expect to see a much greater proportion of 20 somethings. This is without a doubt the place to show off you pierced belly button and that new tattoo in the small of your back.
However, the hip vibe comes with a price. Weekends, it is very difficult to get a room, there is very limited availability of <$25/hand table games and prices for everything reflect the upscale clientele they are looking to draw.
The other downside is that it is a taxi or jitney ride from the beach. On the positive side, the pool and spa are both really good.
If you really have to be on the boardwalk. i would pick either Caesars or tropicana. Both have had major upgrades in the last two years and are attracting a younger crowd as a result.
FYI, the Sands is being torn down (Forget that).
One other posissibility is the Showboat. This has historically been a have for retirees and bus people. They have added a House of Blues venue a year or two ago and this has attracted a younger clientele recently. Now it's a mix of young concert goers and the social security set.

I personally love Harrah's and the Borgata. Both are on the Marina (and easy to navigate unlike rest of them). The Borgata attracts young twenty somethings but you have to have a huge bankroll to play anything there. Harrah's has a very nice casino floor with very fair table minimums.
Tropicana is definately the place to go for shopping, as well as the AC Outlets (The Walk). Tropicana's "Quarter" has some nice stores plus some trendy nightclubs. The outlets are all outdoors near Ceasers and goes all the way up to the convention center.
The beach is nice there, although there are better beaches I feel in NJ (Pt Pleasant is nicer I feel.)

Borgata is easily the class of Atlantic City right now. It is pricey to stay there at around $200-$300 per night, but if you want a nice time it is the place to be. It has every game you could want and miles of slots. It also has many trendy clubs that celebrities frequent and they have every type of restaurant you could want.
Other than that, the Hilton is nice located directly on the boardwalk. If your boyfriend plays poker, the Trump Taj Mahal is a good place too. Have fun and good luck!!

i will only think of of two non-on line casino inns in Atlantic city. usually the city has much less costly resorts, which at the instant are not precisely much less costly. Expedia ought to be waiting to offer you a catalogue of all your innovations.
