I have already tried www.fastweb.com and it wasn't working so well. I need some that do not require a lot of financial need.

Have you tried Scholarship Experts? It has a more detail oriented initial survey than Fastweb because it has more questions and answer options than Fastweb. It even goes into your parents' background. It does take a bit longer to complete, but it is well worth it. The financial aid office is another great option on finding outside loans. The campus work study program can provide valuable work experience and money during the semester. Also, it is free to use. I also recommend you and your family joining up with Upromise because it can help with your student loans in the future. Good luck!
