I am a student, doing research things are going fairly well and there are no huge problems in my life. The thing is that of late i feel a lump in throat ( the doctor looked there is nothing there ) and feel like my hearth rate is increasing ( as if i aware of every pump my hearth is doing - there is no pain or anything ), these feeling are not there all day.
Just wanted to know is it stress/worry or anything else. Does anyone know of a way i can cope, holidays aren't really an option.
Thanks:

If you are like me the current semester is just ending and it is a very stressful time. Try just going for a long walk each morning in a nice setting if possible. That can not only get your mind off things, but it releases endorphins(brain chemicals) that relieve your mind.

Also, take time out each day for a cup of coffee, juice, or whatever in a nice setting and greet or chat with a nice stranger or classmate.

You could also try joining a study group even if you don't need to study with them, it is good for you to just have classmates to commiserate with.
