IMy boyfriend is suppose to take me to pay my bills today,he owes me the money.He turned his phone off,since last night I have not been able to talk to him..Now I am not a kid,42 mind you,so please answer w/respect for me..I am very hurt...

Unless he has a history of doing this or poor character in general that make you suspect that he is intentially ditching you (in which case, why do you want to stay in the relationship?) there could be many other explainations as to why he didn't call or show up today (car accident, couldn't get off work, phone is not charged, etc.).
If you loaned him money and you can prove it, you can sue him in Small Claims Court.

He obviously does not want to pay u the money he owes you thats why hes avoiding you. Get rid of his sorry a.s.s
