It's Spanish, and means something like "Hey, hey, how are you (plural you or you all) doing?"

ea = hey, o.k. (it's a discourse marker, hard to translate)
cómo = how
andan = you (pl.) are doing (lit. you are walking)
che = also means hey, hey you.

The use of "che" would seem to indicate that it's Argentine Spanish. Below there are some links from Word Reference about "ea" and "che"

Is spanish.
"ea ea" is like "Hey"
"como andan" means "How are you?"
"che" is a very informal expresion used in Argentina, I dont´n know exactly how to traduct it.

So, the expression means: Hey, how are you?

Could "Hey, How's it hanging?" be a more informal way to say that?
