do you have other adult family members that could help you? how about a school counselor, mentor, teacher? if this is really out of hand and you are in fear, call child protective services in your area.

You are not alone because your mom got married and you are not alone because your dad took off when you were five but I'd bet there is the feeling of being alone that your struggling with. So, here we go...we've got the problem now what is the solution to change those gloomy feelings into happy without expecting perfect - sound fair enough? Adults do this also.every single day all over the world when things get tough...told you you are not alone.

Perhaps you could share in your details things that you think might work with effort~~~smile : )

I aggree with Mom Bear sometimes it's better to get other people (near you) that can help out, you can even tell a teacher you trust or the school counselor I'm sure they can help.

Talk this over with an adult you can trust and who cares about you. Be totally honest and ask him/her for help. They'll be able to either help you themselves or refer you to someone else who can help you deal with this situation

The worst thing you can do is to try and handle all this alone. There is help, so ask for it. Now.

You can do this - so get going!

Contact the child protection services in your area (the number and address should be in your phone book) in person, if possible, and tell someone your story.
I wish you luck.
