I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Hi my name is Sharon,

I have been helping people lose weight for a long time.

I currently have 8 ladies on my program. The first week results in lbs are Annette 11, Sandra 5, Jamie 6.5, Lou 7, Cecelia 9, Tammy 7 and Jessica 6. Their ages are 18 - 63.

This is a real program and the girls always comment on how easy it is to follow. The results above are recent not a 1 out of several 100. You can see different people lose at different rates based on metabolism. They are all eating the foods from the same program.

The program uses a great combination of foods that will give you results and I show you what to eat. You choose the things you like.

The program is a 3 week program and you can lose up to 24 lbs if that is your goal. You can also continue week 3 to lose more.

I usually help girls that are getting married and want to lose before the wedding. I have also helped girls before spring break and currently prom.

The program does not use drugs of any kind.

If you want to reach me by phone let me know and I will provide my number. I am in Arkansas

You can see the program at www.bellaviadiet.com.

Send me an e-mail on the contact page if you have other questions or decide to use my program. That way I can send it to your email and you can get started ASAP.

Best Wishes on your plans

Sharon

You realize the *holidays* were over 4 months ago, right? Waiting until the last minute to crash diet is a sure way to gain back 25 lbs when you're finished, it would have been really easy to lose 15 lbs in 4 months. My suggestion would be to cut out soda from your diet completely, cut down on the number of carbs you eat - forget about dessert and snacks completely.
Start doing crunches - thre are also some yoga exercises designed for weight loss.
If it seems too good to be true, it is! Respect your body - don't put it through torture just because your self-perception is distorted and you think you need to lose weight. Instead of trying to look like you're in shape, try getting in shape - your body will thank you.

you cant lose 15 pounds in 9 days unless you want it to come back on right away...here's a diet that works:

diet and exercise:

eat all foods on small plates
eat no less than 1,000 calories a day but no more than 1,200
dont drink pop or juice
drink 6 glasses of water a day
eat food from all food groups, just in moderation
3-5 days a week exercising cardio
weight lifting every second day

I once went on Dr. Atkins "All Protein" diet and lost 9 pounds in 3 days. You're suppose to lose 25% of your weight in 7 days. You eat all the meat and eggs you want --- cooked anyway; drink 6-8 glasses of water; and you can have all the sugar-free drinks and sugarless gum you want.

It won't happen in 9 days. Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

It is possible. It will be mostly water weight, depending on your bodyfat ratio. The bad part is, you're GOING to gain it all back as soon as you stop the starvation type diet you're using to do it.

That is EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY!!!!

If you want to lose 15lbs I strongly suggest you give your body like a month to lose it without hurting yourself... and also the slower you lose the more likely it wont come back. Nine days simply is not enough time.
