If the world were all mine
From the sea to the Rhine
This I would starve myself of
To have regina
Lie in my arms.

That's an edited translation of Were diu werlt alle min, a song from the Carmina Burana- a German collection of poetry and songs. The text was edited slightly to read "daz diu regina" (to have regina) instead of "daz diu chünegin von Engellant" (to have the Queen of England) lie in my arms.

It should now read thus:

If the world were all mine
From the sea to the Rhine
This I would starve myself of
To have the [something]
Lie in my arms.

What title could [something] be?

In German, as in English, the word 'Regina' means 'queen', as it comes direct from the Latin. In the context of the poem, it is possible the poet is referring to his/her beloved as a 'queen' (as in the 'queen of my heart). Or, s/he could simply be writing about a woman called Regina, which is a common German first name for a girl (it is pronounced with a hard 'g' sound). Although, why was the wording changed from the original? Perhaps the poem is actually ABOUT the Queen of England?

Regina (or Regine) is a girl's name in German. However, here it is clearly intended as a pun on the original meaning, so well known to you, of queen.
