stand like you are doing regular squats; turn your feet and legs all the way out like a ballerina...and open your legs wider than hip width apart, do squats like that till you cannot do them any more maybe 4 days a week or four sets of 30 reps a day...your thighs will thank you

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

by losing it from all over:
diet and exercise:
eat all foods on small plates
eat no less than 1,000 calories a day but no more than 1,200
dont drink pop or juice
drink 6 glasses of water a day
eat food from all food groups, just in moderation
3-5 days a week exercising cardio
weight lifting every second day
you could also try turning your fat into muscle by going to the gym and using the machines for your legs

Are you drinking enough water when you exercise? You need to be adequately hydrated. Also, even the best exercise regimen (and yours is great!) will not help if you continue to eat the wrong foods. Stay away from white carbs (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes) and drink plenty of calorie-free beverages. Some areas of the body are harder to reduce than others, and the thighs certainly fall into this category.

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

I would try jogging or walking at a fast pace. Another exercise would be lying on the floor and doing leg lifts and try squats make sure that you go low enough to feel the burn in your inner thigh. Good luck!!!
