you need to have a professional diagnosed this problem. Chiropractors are excellent for removing headaches. I've enclosed a link where you can find a Chiropractor in your area.

There are many different types of headaches. There are cluster headaches where you can have at least 4-5 a day! I have had migraines for over 35 years!! They can last from 1-7 days or longer!!!
There where times I wish I could die I felt so bad!!! I would always have to go get a shot and then go to sleep. Hoping that when I do wake up the pain will be gone. I've had a headache that lasted for 7 days.
The main thing is trying to take something as soon as you feel that first pain!! That is so important.
There is a product called Excedrin. They make a pill for tension headaches and for migraines. These are only two types of headaches there are many more types.
These pills have a lot of caffeine in them and aspirin and tylenol in them. These pills will help me at times.
I have gotten older now so my headaches have decreased.
I would go and have them checked out by your doctor if they keep coming on. You can't be to safe now days. I use a heating pad at times and a ice pack which ever feels the best.
Good Luck

Oh, i totally understand how you feel! I was dubbed as a migraine girl and have been having really bad migraines since College. I've been dependent on high-dosage pain killer drugs for several years til I discovered accupuncture! It is effective. Try to locate the nearest accupuncturist near you and have a treatment asap. It helped me a lot. I hope it helps you, too. It worked well on me. Let me know if it helped.

Cheers,
Maej

you should see a neurologist and get a diagnosis. yes, it does sound like a migraine, i've had them pretty much all my life. i know for one thing, "sometimes" taking tylenol or such can usually help if you take when the headache first starts...not always unfortunately. but, there are medications out there that can help prevent or slow down the amount of headaches you get.
take care!!!

There are way to many causes of headaches to "fix" you here on answers. You really need to see your doctor about this. Headaches can be caused by major things such as Tumors or minor things like some kind of defeciency (vitamin or water etc...)
Get yourself in and talk to them so they can run some test to find out what is going on.
Good luck

Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

If I were you I would look for a chiropractor. I have one and whenever I get a headache that won't go away I go and see him. He does wonders with his manipulations.
