Adam and eve doesn't make sense. they had 2 boys one was murdered. leaving 3 humans 2 men and 1 women where did the rest of the human race come from. the only thing is incest Adam and eve had more kids who slept with each other and had more children who in turn slept with their siblings and so on.
do you really think 6 billion humans came from incestuous relationships - how gross!!!!!!!!!

The Big Bang theory, Evolution are all theories which are not definately proved. But there is one basic funda in life. Since you are a human being your ancestors too have to be human, they cannot have been animals. Also for life to propagate there has to be a union between a man and a woman. So why is it so hard to believe that Adam and Eve propagated the human race as we know it. Also in the theory of evolution there is no definite evidence that man evolved from an ape, only similarities.

Why wouldn't we believe in Adam and Eve. The Bible tells of them being the first man and woman that were created by God. It's also how sin and free will was started. The Big Bang theory is just that a theory.

There's absolutely no reason that God couldn't have created the universe by the "Big Bang"method.
In the original Hebrew scripture, the words "In the begining" are more properly translated as "first" hence: first God created the heavens (universe) and the Earth. The first chapter of Genesis goes on to explain that the world had been practically destroyed and describes the terraforming process which is what most Christians believe to be the "begining".

I can sort of understand that people believe we can came from apes. BUT, to say that the world was created by ...... a big bang.... is a bit cop out to not knowing the answer.

If i sat my Science exam and put down BIG BANG for every answer i didn't know, i would get laughed at.

i would describe myself as christian as i believe in Jesus but i do not believe or accept the Adam and eve theory. but neither do i accept the scientific theory either because i am a believer i like to think this world and universe is a Divine creation one we are not capable intellectually of understanding. There are to many different levels in life for us to be just a cosmic collision which resulted in the universe being formed its much to simple a concept when you think of the diversity that exists within human beings and the environment

Of course. If any of the Bible is false, it makes God a liar and why believe any of it? You have to believe it all or nothing. People who pick and choose what parts are true and what parts are just stories are very confused.
