I met a guy in a club on saturday nite, spoke to him most of the nite, we go on wellish (i think), few kisses and he saw me home etc, he took my number but i havent met anyone ages in that way and just wondering if a guy takes your number in a bar how long it would be before he'd call you or text, if he actually liked you at all. Not that bothered if he calls one way or the other but i am curious what the avergae kinda turn around time for a guy to get in touch if he likes you after the initial meeting is. See i think since its monday and i met him sat nite then since havent heard frm him means that hes not interested, but my friend reckons its taken guys aot longer to respond. (Actually not 100 percent sure he has my number, was hard to see typing it in, in the taxi, but im just goin to assume he has)

1st day he has your number-he's actually thinking about u and if he liked /disliked u. Makes up his mind by the end of the night.
2nd keeping u keen by not calling if he likes u. If not ur number is gone
3rd he will call or text even to say hi if not he wont at all
unless he phones after a week then he better have a pretty amazin date lined up lol

Bars not the best place to meet someone, in my experience they don't usually call. Alcohol clouds things and in the cold light of day they don't have the confidence to call! Sad but true! x

Well i once met a guy from an embassy and he took my number and called me the very next day. Now he says he likes me. Lol. It really depends upon the person.

3 working days - that was my rule whenever i thought about phoning a female....

Never text to set up a date - cowards way out boys

A cheeky text just after going your separate ways saying that you'll speak during the week is usually a pretty good one - if the girl is keen she generally texts back and then you speak with her on the tuesday night, see about sorting out a wee date for the near future....

Onus is on us boys to lead the way, c'mon chaps - lets not let our ladies down!

well it just depends on the guy i suppose and if he`s not busy and stuff,i met a friend of my brothers at his party on saturday night and saw him again yesterday where he took my number and even asked my brother for it not knowing i was asleep on my brothers couch and he came down and he`s text me twice today!

i`d give it till tomorrow and if he hasn`t called then it`s likely he wont, but i hope he does as he sounds nice.

well i think for the fact that u meet him in a club u can actually tell coz i mean i don't think that is the best place to meet someone and for us to generalize to all guys so i mean maybe he is married or already has someone and just went out for one night fun

With me I would let you have the weekend with your family then possibly drop you a text or call Tuesday at the latest.
