I asked my friend to get me some Aloe vera cream, she came back with some, I have been using it on my face, but now I wonder what does hautschtzcreme mean. Is it hand cream, face cream or just anywhere cream?
Thanks

skin cream

Haut is skin
Schutz is care i think
and you can figure out Creme

Some stuff will be "Gesichtshautschutzcreme" if it's just for your face.
Kopfhaut is scalp, I have learned

I think you mean hautschutzcreme? That's basic skin protection cream. "Haut" is the German word for "skin". "Schutz" is "protection." So, "hautschutzcreme" is "skin protection cream".
