You need to put her on a lead...take her to one certain spot in the yard...always out the same door, always to the same spot in the yard..and stay out there with her....it's a misconseption that dogs do their business when you take them for a walk...A walk is pleasure...business is business....when she goes outside...PRAISE!!! a dogs goal in life is to please their master....so lots and lots of praise....take her out immediately after she eats or drinks...and every 15 minutes after until she goes....won't take her long to see that she makes you happy going outside to potty.....even when you take her for a walk..(or any play time, exercise, sleeping, eating) take her out to the same spot in the yard when your finished....after her walk, take her there to potty......bet she gets the hang of it real quick! Good luck! Clean the spots that she's going in the house with white vigegar/water solution...or something to eliminate the odor she she's not tempted to go there again.....she needs immediate praise when she goes..so she knows your happy with her behavior....if you catch her in the act of going in the house...don't hit her...and don't yell at her...make a loud noise..such as clap your hands..give her a firm "NO" and take her immediately outside to finish...then praise praise praise.....do not punish her at all if you don't catch her in the act....just clean the spot and move forward...she won't know what she's getting in trouble for...do NOT rub her nose in it!! ever!

I have a staffy, aren't they just the sweetest things.
Anyway I think I may have the answer. She goes in the kitchen because she has pee'd there once and left her own Ammonia smell there. If you go to Pets at Home or any good pet retailers you need to buy a product called 'A Pee Pole'. It's a bit tricky at first but you need to get your dog to pee on it, may be hold it under her when she goes. This pole is designed to hold in the dogs ammonia smell. Then you peg the pole somewhere in your garden. Continue taking your dog out every 30 Min's on it's lead to the 'Pee Pole'.
Your dog will smell the ammonia and know it is OK for her to go there. This will take time, and some getting use to but you should find eventually she'll pick it up.
I would suggest getting her checked out for urine infection's, but I'm sure you have already done this.
Good Luck.

First, take her to the vet to make sure she's healthy.

Also, she may be too insecure to pee outside. Remember, urine marks are communication tools to dogs. Puppy may feel that her territory is in the house - not the yard.

When you say you put her outside every 30 minutes - is that for just a little while or is it for half an hour or more? You might want to spend more than just a "wee-wee" bit of time with her outside.

Keep at it - don't make her upset when she pees in the house - but make sure you let her know you're not really excited about it either - but do praise her for peeing outside.

Ok your dog is fixated on paper. You have her so well trained she will only go on paper. You need to start paper training again.

Enclose her in a space , near the garden door. day by day take away the papers she is not soiling. Move this towards the door. When the paper is only at the door, you can start to train her to go outside.

Watch her closely for signs that she wants to go.....Bring her outside.Place a sheet of paper outside.

While she is going to the toilet praise her. Do this a few times.
Now you can remove the paper. Remember to praise her.

Hope this helps!
