I probably eat about 3-6 servings a day--it all depends on what I have available and what sounds good. I don't feel unhealthy so much as uncomfortable if I don't eat enough fruit and vegetables--there's a lot of fiber in them!

I probably have about 5-ish servings a day. I tend to snack on fruit alot more than I did (habit I picked up from a very strict diet) and my meals usually include some sort of vegetables. Of course I do have days where my diet mainly consists of chocolate and then, yes I do feel very unhealthy!

I drink a fruit smoothie every morning. I live in New York, and there are vendors that sell coffee and donuts, as well as fruit smoothies. I go for the smoothies because I get my recommended daily allowance of vitamins from the banana, mango, pineapple and strawberries in my smoothie. Later in the day, I eat a salad with lunch - lettuce tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and sprouts, followed by vegetables at dinner. I'm 55 years old and I play tennis, swim, jog and unlike many of my friends, I'm not obese. Eating your fresh fruits and vegetables makes you HEALTHIER!!!

If I don't have fruit and veg every day I do feel unhealthy. I try to have heaps of different kinds, but at least one piece of fruit at the minimum, and five or six veggies every day.

Not enough, I'm afraid. Me and my partner both work full-time and by the time we both get in, it's ready meals I'm sorry to say. We always start the week with the best intentions....fresh veg etc......but it usually ends up getting thrown away unused. I'm sure I would feel better if we actually ate the stuff!!!!

None... It takes plenty of time to prepare them-washing, peeling, cutting, plus they are not very filling-so I tend to choose something I don't have to do much for. I walk a lot so I haven't felt unhealthy-not yet at least-but sometimes I do have the feeling that the whole thing is not very positive for my mind and body.

nah thats a elementary fantasy theory. ingesting a vegetarian will only supply 4 RDI's of culmination and greens. you need to placed some green beans or something alongside with it to conceal all your bases.
