what is with me i can't stop crying is it depression or what

Since you haven't explained any facts, I would say it is depression. Go to a doctor and get on some meds. It's the best way. If you are depressed, the meds will work wonders.
I started on med. for my lifelong depression about 12 years ago. Boy, what a difference! I would never go without medication for this condition. Life looks so much better. Now I can function like other people do!

Everyone gets down from time to time, if this is happening over excessive periods you might want to start writing a journal of your thoughts and feelings at the time of when you start crying because that could help shed light on why you are crying and also while your doing the journal your mind will be occupied and take your mind off feeling bad, I would'nt recommend going on anti- depression pills as your doctor will just sign you off on them and you can get hooked on thinking theyre making you feel better when all theyre really doing is acting as a placebo.
