Praise be to Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful.

Well brother, looks like your a hindu and i would like to argue to you logically. Well as you said not all the relgion is against killing animals. Islam allows the killing of animals (for food) and other purposes . Allah says in the Quran(16:5)-

" And the cattle, He has created them for you; in them there is warmth (warm clothing), and numerous benefits, and of them you eat."

Brother, according to the hindu's killing an animal is a sin. Why? because animals got a life. So therefore killing a life is a sin. But then brother even plants have a life. As matter of fact science is so advanced now that plants feel pain and they even CRY! The reason the humans are unable to hear their cry is because, we humans have a hearing frequency of 20 - 20000 Hz. And the plants cry below this frequency and therefore we are unable to hear it. Some people say plants have 2 sense less than animals, so therefore killing an animal is a bigger sin than killing a plant. But then brother what do you think is a sin killing a disabled human being or a normal, fir human being. Logically killing the disabled human being.

And as a matter of fact, even the hindu's scripture dont prohibit the eating of Non veg. (Vedas)

Praie be to Allah, Surely He has given mankind the best path (islam) and im so proud of it. Finally just to conclude Allah says in the Quran (2:168)-

" O mankind! Eat of that which is lawful and good on the earth, and follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (satan0. Verily, he is to you an open enemy."

Can you tell me where in the Tenakh, the Bible and the Quran does it say you can't eat an animal. In fact, the Bible tells you exactly HOW to kill an animal so you can eat it without causing it excessive pain.

But the adhereants those religions like Hinduism, Sikhism and others that are vegitarian who eat meat probably just don't see the point in it. They like the religion but jsut not that part. Some do it sometimes when it's the only thing available, and there are some restauratns that serve nothing but meat. It would be rude to be invited there and say you ahve to leave.

Not every religion is against eating Non-veg...

Let alone eating, you HAVE to kill some organism in your life everyday... If you see, we have to kill Millions of germs everyday to survive. So how can GOD ask us NOT to kill any living thing?

Now why ONLY the animals and NOT the Plants??? Dont plant have life???

plants can feel pain, they even feel happy and thy even can cry, but which is NOT audible to us because of our perception restriction.

Not ONLY Islam, Judaism and Christianity allow non-veg. Infact Hinduism allows Non-veg. Read the Vedas and you will NOT find a single verse that prohibits it.

No religion is against killing of Animals & Eating Non-Veg. Remember its your own inner voice which after adopting a Path of God (Peace) desire you "Not to Harm Others".
The restriction for Killing of Good Animals who give you Milk/ Butter etc. is there in the Religion only for the benefit of Human beings.
Suppose if every body in this universe becomes Vegitarian you can't provide Veg. products to every body according to world's popullation. So please Thanks God that many are Non-Veg. in this world.
Though I am also a Veg. but have a view that One should be
Vegitarian in views/thoughts & not a Non-Veg. in His Thoughts/ View/ Action.

okay, humans are animals too and in the coarse of a war or military conflict many animals are killed (including humans) by practitioners of many religions. Our military force for example is predominately Christian and the Iraqis are of course Muslim. Christians where I am from (the south) love to kill things. Mostly in the form of hunting (for sport and food) and they are very pro-war, even when they are uneducated about the issues. Also, I consider playing these crazy video games these days as a way of committing violent acts, even if it is in your own mind.

The practice of compassion is not limited to what foods you choose to put in your body. The concept is much deeper than that...

That's a big assumption -- NOT every religion is against the killing of animals for use by humans.

I know pagans who are vegan, but I am not. The consumption of animals by those animals higher on the food chain is part of the natural cycle of life; I do not reject it but embrace it. Others are free to do as their conscience dictates, of course.

My religion is not against killing animals.
In my faith we thank God for the sustenance of the animal the animal is killed respectfully in the way God wants it done and we give thanks for that meat. Don't know what faith you are on about? There are Hindu's yes but there are many other religions besides.
