I say physical beauty does play a role, though I certainly do not search beautiful girls at all. Whatever I think I do do, whatever I do do I do think think, besides I do what the others are doing, though sometimes I am not doing what others do doing. And I might be right to choose a beautiful girl, though I wouldn't do that, and I know the reason why not.

Physical beauty Does play a huge role in a person's life, especially in our day when fashion models and Hollywood set the standard. Males are attracted to beauty (physical beauty is nothing more than geometry if you think about it. Geometrical face and body) for the same reason females are attracted to the Alpha Male (strong, confident etc). Offspring. Subconsciously, we aim to produce healthy, strong, beautiful offspring. It's all chemistry and geometry.

If she's the right girl, she is beautiful to you regardless what Cosmo, or advertising, or movies want to tell you is beautiful, and you won't care what others think about her looks. Even when physical attraction is the thing that gets your attention in the first place, people have different ideas about what they find "attractive".

I know why I choose beautiful women, a choice which is both biological and cultural in nature. There is a reason why beautiful woman are pursued, but also remember that what is beautiful in one culture may be considered ugly in another.

From my experience.
I'm quite intelligent and love to discuss anything from astronomy to zoology and everything in between.
My sense of humour is legendary, very dry so I'm told, I find people are ridiculously easy to shock.
However, I'm ugly. I put 'Ug' on the back of photographs - which drives my nieces and nephews quite up the wall. I know I'm not a beauty so it doesn't bother me.
However in relation to your question. Beauty does matter, I've never been on a date and I'm 41.

Beauty attracts, personality keeps them there. Everyone has their own idea of beauty. One girl is ugly to one guy, while shes beautiful to another. Everyone is attracted to something and theres no reason to be ashamed of it or lie, but truly even the most beautiful woman or handsome man can lose if their personality sucks.

A Person's beauty lies in her soul.Such men who prefer external beauty are(sorry to say) SICK. And such men should not be trusted upon as they choice may differ with different beautiful gals.

I would never say that physical beauty does not play any role in life. I prefer that which I find beautiful: so do we all.
One would have to be quite shallow to deny that fact.

People search girls who r both beautiful & of good nature too. Those who search only beautiful girls deceive themselves. There r people who have strong efficiency & will power to convert a beautiful girl of bad nature to the same of good nature. Such persons see only beauty & nothing else, undoubtedly. I've seen such successful persons too.
It is known fact that boys want to marry so called beautiful & fairylike girls & girls want to marry angellike boys.
