In the look on your face in repose. Some people have down turned mouths and scowls on their face when they're not expressing any emotion. Those people are not happy or content often.

They are not a set of circumstances that you experience.
They are in your heart and you take them with you wherever you go.
You can choose to be happy or content in whatever circumstances you find yourself in.
It is dependent upon choice, and your self esteem and other things relating to how you view yourself and the world around you.
