I love people who have good ideas - you could really use that - "Come North and see Igloos and Polar bears while you still can!"
I own a holiday apartment in Southern Ontario and I market my place as a quiet apartment set in lush Ontario farmland, close to lakes, rivers and beaches.
I'm not joking, you really could market this idea - get some local businesses on board. Accommodations in an Igloo ...... some could be constructed just for the purpose of housing tourists (away from the afore mentioned Polar Bears of course) people could try traditional Inuit foods, blubber, fish etc. Watch Kayak making, clothes being made out of skins etc.
Hey, one day I might see an ad in the Toronto Star for trips to the Arctic, stay in an igloo and see Polar Bears!

By the way, you may want to point out that Inuk is inviting you to the NORTHERN Canada, and not Canada in general. You have to go to Nunavut, Northwest Territories or the Yukon to sleep in an igloo this time of year.
Where I am (Montreal), it is sunny and around 70F. Only snow around here is in my freezer...time to defrost I think...
btw - this reminded me of one of my favorite Far Side cartoons: Two polar bears talking to each other, one holding an igloo, the other sadly watching an Inuit man running away. One says to the other "I lift. You grab. Was the concept too complex for you?"
