I'm after a twin freeview tuner, with built in DVD palyer. Does such a thing exist? If so where can you buy?

No. it does not exist.
But you can buy either a DVD recorder with a built-in twin Freeview tuner, or a twin Freeview receiver with a built in hard-drive recorder.

I have a freeview twin tuner HDD recorder I got from tesco £89. Then I just added to it via scart cable a cheap DVD player/recorder
