At this rate, you should not easily believe him, it might be some kind of prank only, maybe that person's only playing a fool on you.
You should tell him that if he really is telling the truth, he should reveal his true name. Don't tell him things like "Court me first, I'm too young.." something like that. It may really be just a prank. You'll be totally embarrassed if it was.
Tell him to tell his true name. Hence, ignore him if he refuse.

Depends on whether the message is inappropriate or not. Just be careful that someone is not stalking you. You might want to send a message back saying that they are scaring you, and that if they really care about you they will reveal themselves.
