I just dated this guy for a month. But we have known each other a year plus before we started off. We just have sex, is it too fast?

He is the same guy whose ex-gf keep harassing me by sending me sms everyday.
And yes, i do like him. If not, i would have broken up with him when his ex-gf harass me.

No one can answer your question but you... though I don't see the point in seeking an answer! You already did it, so what's done is done. You can't reverse it. :)

Ask yourself if you're happy. If the answer is yes... then all is well!

Probably. It certainly isn't long enough to forge a real emotional commitment or know anything REAL about him. Has he had an STD test first? Have you? How many sexual partners have you each had? What are your plans for if you get pregnant? How DO you feel about each other? Are you BOTH committed? Are you both exclusive? Have you even asked?

But I guess with most people now a days it's "if it feels good, do it" without regards to whether they will be with the same person 6 months down the road or not. Perhaps that's why STDs are so out of control.

Too fast? If you have to ask, then the answer is YES.

Why do you have to have sex now? Are you worried that he will dump you for someone else if you don't have sex with him? If so, dump HIM because he is using you. What will happen when you become pregnant? When you get a couple of sexually transmitted diseases? You are too young and shouldn't be having sex until much later. Really.

Good luck.

It depends on how you feel. You start dating a month past but you've known each other for a year... maybe it's not fast but is he your boyfriend?

I'm too young to judge this kind of situation but it's really up to you. Do as your heart tell you but don't forget that you should also use your mind, ok?

1 year plus is a little too long. About 3 months is norm, 1 week is too fast.

it this the same guy with the ex who's out to get you? ;) btw, on your question, if your feelings towards each other are real and if you're both older than 18, then it isn't too fast. that's just my opinion.

just follow your feeling! Is this world, there is nothing is 100% right or wrong. As long as you know what you are doing. And of course, you must able to take any responsible if any thing will to pop out. Good luck..

It's a little late to be asking that question, isn't it? Since it sounds like you're having second thoughts, maybe you should talk to him about it. Just because you did it once doesn't mean you have to do it again.

you only know if it is too fast. i think it is if you are asking other people. it doesn't matter how long you have known him or been dating him, it is how you feel. if you felt pressured and unsure i suggest that you slow things down and maybe talk to him or someone who you trust. hope everything goes OK.
