vegetables provide proteins, carbohydrates, fat, fibre, vitamins(vit A,E) and minerals like potassium, sodium, magnesium etc...which keep our digestive, excretory systems etc in a good order....
fruits provide the vitamins and fibre....vit C,A which are essential for our immune system...also fruits detoxify our body and some fruits have high content of water which are good to have in summers...
...theres a theory of colors related to our health...says our body needs to intake different colors to keep mentally and physically healthy....THAt is why fruits are colourful....
....one advantage of fruits over vegies is they could be taken in raw form jst u need to wash them and enjoy them...

The reason is that Americans are overweight. There are way more calories in a serving of fruit than in vegetables. Vegetables also are beginning to prove more beneficial to your health than fruit. Vegetables are also very nutrient rich. The main idea here is to get a balance and variety of both in your diet.

Botanically speaking vegetables are also fruits. Fruits are the covering protecting the seed contained inside. All flowers be they of "veggies" or "fruits" or "inedibles", ideally form fruit, which then dry out and crack open to reveal the seed(s) inside. Both fruits and veggies being actually "fruits", ought to be equally rich in nutrients. Raw veggies are of course higher in nutrient content which is why fruits, being mostly eaten raw, are perceived as having more nutritional value.

You need both for the best results. Bananas (plantain family) are excellent, along with kiwis. Cruciferous vegetables are supposed to be the best, so eat lots of cauliflower and broccoli. Although neither a fruit or a vegetable, sweet potatoes are very good for you.
True story: my last boyfriend grew up in a very bad neighborhood. In better neighborhoods, the bullies beat kids up for their lunch money. In his neighborhood, the parents could not afford lunch money, so they gave their children sweet potatoes to take for lunch. The bullies in his neighborhood beat kids up for their sweet potatoes. I think that tells you how good they were.

Yes you can. The best ones to feed would be the all natural ones you don't want to give them the ones that have additives in them. It is quit common for small rodents and mammals to be known to get Diebites very easily. The really best thing for you to feed your bunny would be fresh fruits and veggies. And dont forget that they need there hay and grain as well you half to make sure that they get an even amount. The best place to look for that box you want is at the local pet shop or at pet smart some place like that.
