adam was the first human born on earth, according to the quran and i think the bible too. adam was not exactly human or christian, he was just a believer of god. christians and muslims have that in common, although some christians think there are 'three' gods or something on those lines. how can jesus be the son of god and be god at the same time? how can the son of adam (we are all his children i guess) be god when adam is not god? its very confusing and thats why i became muslim

The Qur'an goes as far as to say Abraham is considered the first Muslim because he submitted to Allah Sura 3:67. Abraham was not a Jew not yet a Christian but was an upright man who surrendered and he was not of the idolaters. (Also Sura 21:40) “Abraham in truth was not a Jew, neither a Christian, but he was a Muslim.” The Bible calls him a Jew the Jews consider him a Jew and so did Jesus. Everyone does except the Muslims. In the Qur'an it states Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are Muslim, they live and die for Islam. These are all foreign words for their time so they are clearly put in after the fact.

What?
If you think about the story, Adam was born before Abraham, before Jesus, and before Muhammed. So Adam wasn't a Jew, a Christian of a Muslim. Because Adam was in complete contact with God, it wasn't necessary for him to have a religion.

Well you see, in the Quran, he is Muslim. But even Adam is described in the Bible.
Muslims and Christians do believe in the same prophets. Except that the Muslims don't believe that Jesus is son of God. And Christians don't believe in Muhammad.
That's why instead of the same religion, it became two different religions.

No religion had been introduced in the time of Adam. He is surely a son of God in some sense [Read Luke.3:38].

Adam was neither in those days..... They say he was a form of Christ because he was the first man..... the first to be a man of men...... the fleshly adam... the fallen flesh.....
Christ is the last Adam because he has brought the promise of a resurrection from the old body... and a new one..... a new flesh....
