If you speak English you can teach, but it will be a little more difficult, they like to have the "white skin, blonde haired" foreigner teaching, but I have a few friends who are African who teach, you can also look into coming to study Chinese, the Chinese govt., gives lots of scholarships to African students, plus China is making a big push into Africa for business purposes, so, they is probably smiting you can do to help a Chinese business start doing business in your country, you can look up some Universities on line and see what they are offering, Tong Ji, Fu Dan, Peking U, Qing Hua

I know a few Ghanaians who teach English so it is possible. Just keep in mind that there is racism here when many schools are hiring. Many times they prefer whites over other races. I've had African-American friends get hired just to find out the job no longer exists after the people meet them in person. Later they would find out the school gave the job to a German or Scandinavian non-native English speaker just to have the white face. So be prepared to run into these situations when you come here.
