Yes it is hurting your scores by making it look like you are utilizing 100% of the credit limit and maxing out the card.

Contact the credit reporting agencies and tell them to start reporting the credit limit AND call Chase back and speak with someone higher up about it.

The CRA's report what the data furnisher provides them. If Chase is "not" providing your credit limit then it is up to Chase to report it. The CRA's cannot report what is not furnished to them.

Dispute the incorrect credit limit with the credit bureau. They will contact Chase to confirm and that should fix your issue.

There are a few credit card companies (Capital One being the most prominent) that do not report credit limits, but Chase is not one of them.

You should call to all 3 major credit bureaus and explain an error. Tel numbers you can get from websites:
transunion.com
experian.com
equifax.com
his is not an extraordinary situation and you shouldn't worry about it that much. However, the sooner you fix it the betetr because some of the information you have (a hard inquiry) might hurt your credit score.

I had the same issue with Chase not reporting my credit limit. I disputed with the credit bureaus and it was corrected.

Good Luck!!
