Doesn't it kind of make you feel good when someone gives you a thumbs up?

C'mon, be honest. You know it makes you feel at least a little good.

Thumbs up has no count on me . ,provided my answer is correct, I am happy to send it to the person asking the right answer and if the question is a bad and nonsense answer, I am inclined to answer him bad answer. That is on the level of his little and ignorant knowledge of something.

Most of the time it just proves to me that I have absolutely no idea what people like.

I'll write an answer that I think is the funniest thing any human has ever thought of, while simultaneously being insightful, on-topic, and enlightening, and it'll get one up and six down.

On the other hand, I'll write what I think is a fairly ordinary answer and "Whoa! You've earned 18 points!"

But yes, the approval whore in me likes the thumbs up a lot.

Sure it does.And when I get a thumbs down I know that it was not because I didn't answer the question well but because the person who gave me the thumbs down just didn't like my answer and for that I get a laugh.

I would have to say yes, as in certain cases it is that feeling that you are not alone with what you are thinking.. Without involving ego.. Love and light.. BB.. )O(

Yes, it does. It makes me realize that I am not the only nut that thinks the way that I do. That makes me solidify the idea that I am not alone. That's always comforting.

yes it makes us feel positive giving us better energy. It always feels better to be kind than to be judgemental.
