I always wanted my cars to be either black or silver grey. But with the classic beetle (presently maroon-colored), for the 'fun and unpretentious' car that it is, I would like to make a survey on what color should a fun car (like the beetle) be. The color most suggested would be the next color of my beetle. Thanks

Royal Buckingham Blue (a honda color from about 8 years ago).. Super dark and rich.. (almost looks black) it is seen as a deep, rich, blue.

In my opinion, a Bright Yellow or Flame Orange would be ideal for a fun car like the Beetle.

I own a Pearl White 1972 VW Beetle 1302S. Although White is a boring colour for a Beetle (for most people), I would like to retain the colour, as my car is a very original and genuine Beetle. If I ever buy another Beetle, I would probably go for one of the above.

I would suggest VW Bamboo green. a light pastel earthy green. Good for a vintage Bug. I believe it is a '57 convertible color.

I'm with the first two posters - a dark blue would be lovely. Perhaps more indigo?
