Yeah, colors have been proven to affect moods and that's why some hospitals and prisons are painted in some colors as they have been shown to keep people calm such as yellows.

i have heard that yes our moods are affected by the colors that we are surrounded by. for instance if you are sourounded by dark and drab colors then you feel depressed. if you are surrounded by bright colors then you may feel happier. also if you are surrounded by a color that you hate you could feel annoyed. also i find that if i am in a white room i always feel bored. i guess those are just my thoughts. hope this helps

Sure! Why do you think school rooms are painted the color that they are, or hospital rooms. Light muted colors tend to make the occupants calm and undistracted.

No...i believe colors effect how we feel. Just like the weather.
When its gloomy, icky and dreary out...I feel tired, mopey and just worn out.
When its sunny and warm...Im very energized and happy.

Colors are the same. Dark colors make ya feel one way, and bright colors make ya feel another.

Thats why some people use bright colors in their offices..make it look bigger, but also makes them feel more positive.

I know bright colors make me feel happier :)
