Try rolling them the opposite way first and then lay them down the right way. You can also put some heatbond tape around the edges where it's curling up which will stiffen your rug and stop it from curling. The heatbond tape needs to be put on with a very hot industrial iron, so I sugest you take it to a carpet place and ask them if they will do it for you or know anyone that will!! The other thing you could try is sticking some double sided valcro tape to the underside of your rug where it's curled and some to your carpet and stick your carpet rug to the floor.

Rug curling has many causes. Here are a few ways to stop or correct area rug curl-ups:

- Proper storage
- Adhesive tape
- Steaming
- Ironing
- Take it to bed with you (lay it underneath mattresses)
- Treat it to some serious reading (by laying books on them)
- Flip it
