Well, an extra terrestrial being is a being that is not of this world; and all the Angels, Demons, and Heavenly Creatures, and even God are not of this world. So, technically one could call them Aliens. The Bible talks about all kinds of weird creatures coming down to earth from the heavens. Ezekiel even said that he was (in a matter of speaking) visited by strange creatures that came down from the heavens and more or less had wheeled vehicles. Go read Ezekiel 1. (It will freak you out.)

The bible only mentions life her on Earth and in the heavens .
thats right -- up there, the angels were made and lucifer and one third rebelled and are now on Earth deceiving us .
So guess where the ghostly spirits come from and the lights in the sky and objects that move by themselves? Its the demons (fallen angels) that are behind all these deceptions
