Stop doing anything to get her attention. When you try too hard, and it is really obvious you are trying, she'll as far as she can from you. Take it easy, as if it wasn't important, don't give her too much attention. She'll start wondering what's going on, then she may come to you and ask how you are doing. When she does, continue the conversation with her, but again, do not over react. Little by little you'll find the right balance :) Good luck!

What exactly are you saying/doing? Does she know you (for lack of a better word) exist or like her? Be a smidgen more specific. General answer from me, though, just spend some time with her. Find common interests. Shoot for a double date if you are acquaintances.

Find out about her interest. Do some research on the subjects. Then you will be able to share conversation with her. She will be fascinated by your interest in the same things in which she interested. Be very observant and sensitive to her needs.

The best thing I can tell you is to just be yourself. I'm a gal and I always like guys to be sweet, but I mostly like them to be striaght forward with me. If I can tell a guy is not being himself it turns me off. Just try to talk with her and joke around with her and also tell her how you feel for her. She will like you for the person you are!
