a good friend of mine did the same exact thing in high school, i dont think she ever really got over it. it sounds more like anxiety, what you should do is practice speaking in front of your friends and other people and see if it doesnt help. i used to get all blotchy in high school when i tried to talk to boys, i could feel my face getting red i thought i was red as a tomato. i always thought it was way worse than it was. im not saying that its all in your head, but maybe youre making it worse by thinking about it all the time. next time you notice youre getting all blotchy stop and think about anything else something outrageous that will make you laugh to get your mind off of it. i know that really doesnt help much but hopefully it does a little. just know that youre not strange it happens to lots of people.

I would guess that you are blushing, as well as the first poster. Have you ever tried to relax yourself when you're feeling tense like that? Do a web search and look for pointers for relaxation.

Also, you may have rosacea. Do a search on that term as well. It's common and can flare up in the same areas you're describing.

Best of luck to you.

It sounds almost like the beginning of rosacea. If it starts right before you go up there maybe try putting on a powder based foundation before going up there to try to minimize the redness. I have rosacea that is red all the time and the powder foundation helps a lot. Just try and remember the old saying if you act like it doesn't get to you maybe they will get bored and stop teasing you. If they are your friends have you tried telling them it hurts your feelings to be made fun of. Hope this helps

I am not sure but it sounds like some kind of hives that you break out in when you get nervous or start to worry. It also sounds like you are obsessively worrying about it. Talk to your mom and your doctor and see if maybe anxiety medication or some other anxiety remedy will help your problem.

Speak to your dermatologist, there are medications that can help block and lower the severity of the blushing.. and the meds can last for months

If you have fair skin, then you're most likely just blushing.
