The last few weeks I've been running a few miles after work. I start around 5 or 6 and finishing around 6 or 7. I seem to be unable to sleep at night now. I'll toss and turn for hours and even until daybrake. I've tried to do it before work but I'm not a morning person and can never keep it up. I've already tried herbal supplements and tea. I like my new routine but how do I get some regular sleep?

sounds like you need to increase the amount of time that elapses between the completion of exercise and bed time. in order to get up before work you have to go to bed earlier consistently.
