I mean, just cos he created the Earth doesn't mean he's perfect. Let's face it, he did a pretty rough job of it.

Is it possible that we were created by a vengeful, bumbling, moody God who couldn't give two hoots?

I'm not a religious person but God is supposedly the perfectest being ever. He also gave the world free will... so it's not his fault that we're screwing up.

I read a story once about the creation of the universe.

It said that God was in school, and his assignment he had to make a universe. He created what we are, but his teacher failed him for some reason like "If you give the free-will and let them rule their own lives they will only destroy all that which you have created". Our universe was tossed aside.

Yeah, cancer was clearly not a matter of free will or intelligent design (oh, it's part of evolution, that's a fact - that is, it doesn't get in the way of evolution). Bah...perfect or not, he's (and let's not mince words here --- nobody seriously posits that "we gotta have a female god")...not a big part of any life that's worth living.

What if 'god' is not perfect, well if he is not *at least the bible 'gods' of this world, are not existant. Why? Because they all teach of a all powerful, all everything 'god'. Thus making 'him' or all 'gods' impossible, if he is perfect, well for that we have to assume things, and we might as well assume, a pink unicorn deceived us all by placing the bible, and testing our faith, then again why assume?

I often get upset with God. I still love God though. It seems to me we humans are like ferril children. We haven't been taught and guided. I think God should have spent some time teaching us. We are a mess. We need help.

If God wasn't perfect and didn't know everything He wouldn't be a God worth worshiping. In fact, it would be nearly impossible to have faith in that type of being.

If God wasn't perfect, then he wouldn't be a God at all. If God wasn't perfect, then he would just be like the rest of us--human.

If God existed, then he f*ed up this universe pretty bad. Everytime he looks away we're boning each other in the sphincter or starting wars...

I think this was his "starter" set... he's probably off looking at his MORE perfect creations right now off in another dimension.
