I was born without a disc n my lower back and it's getting worse and worse, I'm in pain all the time.

Call your county health dept. and ask to speak to a social worker. It sounds like you are eligible for a lot of help.

you might be able to go to the welfare office and get health insurance (sometimes all you can get one where if you go over X costs a month they cover the rest, but it's better then nothing right)
no free clinic I have heard of will have an MRI, it's too costly to own
