i have blood in urine and it burns and i have a pain on my side and it seem like it is mssing with my menstrual.

YES. Stress and illness are right up there with pregnancy as thetop reason for missing a period. If you have been sexually active I would suggest going in for a blood test, though.

It sounds more like a bladder infection or urinary tract infection, especially since there's blood in the urine. I'm quite sure that it's not a kidney infection, so try and relax. Go see a doctor tomorrow and they'll be able to give you an antibiotic for the infection and a pill called Pyridium for the wonderful pain that always comes along with a UTI / bladder infection.

Normally No, A kidney infection will not alter the timing of you're menstrual cycle. Give it a few more days if you haven't had it yet and normally have a regular cycle you may want to take a pregnancy test..
