Fifteen years older, yes. He was 25 and she was forty and it was supposed to be a splendid relationship. It lasted until her death.
Cheers.

When he was a young man, Mohammed earned his living as a camel driver for a business owned by Khadijah a widowed Arabian merchant several years his senior. She admired his honesty and business acumen and asked him to marry her and run her businesses. They loved each other very much, when Mohamed had his first vision from Allah, she comforted him, told him that his vision were true prophecies and was one of the first people to convert to Islam. Khadijah bore Mohammed three sons and four daughters.
Mohammed took no other wives while Khadijah lived, her death was so devastating to him that the year she died is called the Year of Sorrow. Mohammed's uncle and guardian Abu Talib died the same year.

She was older than him...some ppl dispute how many years though (You can read Tariq Ramadan's In The Footsteps of the Prophet --great book to learn about Islam & find out more about this). It lasted until her death...and he had no other wives while he was married to her. This was odd because at that time polygamy was the norm.
And yes they really loved each other. She is the one that took the first steps towards marriage --she asked him to marry her! They had kids...she stood by him through thick and thin. His future wives always knew that they could not compete with her memory. After she died he still gave food in charity etc to her family and friends.

Yes according to many sources. But how pity is that for muslims to say that, whatever he did was the set standards for the followers life?
No freedom to think and no reasoning for actions to follow. Just blind faith and practice make a good muslim.
God is just one and everywhere, and god never would wait till Muhammed to reveal the way of life and worship and tell that he is the final of his messengers! All looks weird!! Only those blind faithed people can follow it!!!!

Yes all muslims agree about that
The fact that he married Khadijah bint Khuwailid (RA) and lived a monogamous life (for twenty-seven years) till she died, showed that he (SAW) was not a "sexually obsessed man." On the contrary, the Prophet's (SAW) marriage to Khadijah (RA) shows only limited types of marriage that are allowed in Islam. His marriage to Khadijah (RA) showed that it is permissable for a man to marry a woman who is older than him, for a poor and orphan man to marry a wealthy woman, for an employee to marry his employer, and for a bachelor to marrry a widow.

Kahdija, yeah something like that. A rich widow. Apparently she loved Muhammad a lot. She died before him. Wikipedia has all the numbers.

Yes. Hazrat Khadija (pbuh) was 15 years older than him. He was around 25 and she was 40.
EDIT:
Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) didn't marry again while Hazrat Khadija (pbuh) was still alive. They loved each other very much.

I think his first wife was older than he was. They stayed married until his death, or maybe hers. She helped him be who he became. He did marry a little girl at age 9, while sill married to kahdija. But it is said that he didn't have sexual relations with her until after she BECAME a woman, which is said to be at age 11. I don't care who you are, that is just not right.
