for cosmetic or plastic surgeries which are not covered by medical insurance, why not get a medical tourism package - cosmetic/plastic surgery + air fare + tropical vacation + shopping - done in the Philippines and save over 50%.. the medical facilities and doctor expertise are the same.. better yet, get 2 or more cosmetic procedures done to save even more...

Plastic Surgery for any reason is painful thru the recovery time which varies from person to person. Remember you'll have to pay for it not your insurance if its cosmetic not medically necessary.
