You only have to pay taxes on winnings over $1000. Anything under that you still have to claim but you do not have to pay on it.

THEY WOULD NOT TAX ANYTHING UNDER A CERTAIN RANGE. IM SURE THEY WOULD GET A CHECK FOR ONE PENNY.
