Might not be pimples. Sounds more like a boil. You might have a staph infection which can be cured with anti-biotics. See a doctor right away.

When you feel one coming on, take 1-2 aspirins or an NSAID to reduce the amount of inflammation. The pimple will still come, but hopefully won't get as large or painful or red.

Use a topical cream on top (salicylic acid) to help reduce it faster.

To prevent, exfoliate gently and use an astringent so there will be less clogged pores. use a light cream so your skin is not over dried.

If washing your face and using topical medications on your pimples don't work for you, read what I'm about to type:

Keep track on what you eat every day. If your acnes are caused by the food you eat, the acnes usually pop out 3 or 2 days after you consume the food. In my case, REFINED SUGAR was the only cause that aggravated my skin condition.
For some people, stress causes acnes to come out. although for the rest of the people, stress causes them to consume more sugary stuff (i.e. Pepsi, Kern's Guava juice, cinnabon, candies, SOBE, starbucks coffee, energy drink, etc.) that eventually leads to their breakouts.
Now, the acnes that are caused by these sugary stuff are usually not superficial, but deeper in the skin.
Also, try avoiding dairy products, too.

It's an epidemic (epidermic?)! Me too, and I almost never get a blemish. TWO in the past week. I put mud mask on the spot after soaking in hot water. Once it has a white head you can lance it with a small sterile needle and gently squeeze out some of the white goo, but stop once clear fluid or blood comes out. Then, keep clean (with oxi-pads if you have them) and leave it alone!

If you're a teen pimples are real normal for you, they come and go and you'll just have to bear with them. If they really hurt, go to a skincare doctor or a pharmacy and you can buy those cream stuff that make it hurt less. Good luck (:

Go to the dermatologist.. NOW!!!!!

I started getting those in 7th grade, and now in 11th grade, i just went to the dermatologist, and he put me on medicines.

They are NOT zits, they are cysts. They are very very painful, and can leave huge scars that can get worse as you get older.

Go to a local dermatologist and he will know exactly what to do, he sees this a lot.

Best of luck!

pimples are caused by such microorganism. you may use topical medications for it but make sure that it doesnt irritate your skin more. your pimples may be caused by dirt or dust, staying late at night or the foods that you are allergic to.

They could be boils rather than pimples. You may need antibiotics to kill the staph infection so they stop coming back.

I get the same kind, they suck so bad. I haven't found anything that helps. I'm going to go to a dermatologist. I think mine are hormonal (monthly, if you know what I mean).

BTW, diet has no real affect on acne, it's a myth.
