NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

You can start and end having acne at pretty much any age. I've seen people have acne from as young as 10 to as old as 27. You shouldn't pop pimples it leaves scars and it's not cute. They may or may not fade, I wouldn't take the chance. It's tempting but try drying it out with regular toothpaste not the gel kind.

maybe its your hormones, because everyone can get them at different age, and when they do, theyre not all the same type that everyone gets. for now, try washing your face day and night and wear some anti-acne moisturisers (preferably if they have some SPF so that your pimples dont leave dark scars) with benzol peroxide, but be carefull because if you buy a higher level of benzol peroxide it can dry your skin. try this constantly day and night for a month and keep asking your parents if they see any progress. if you dont show sings of improvement try buying a cream with more benzol peroxide (but only if the other one didnt dry you out) and a stronger oil-free sunblock because the benzol peroxide makes your skin sensative to the sun. if all fails, then as a last resort, go to a dermatologist and they can put you on better stuff. i personally suggest you buy a system to begin with, like the trial-size "proactiv" and buy an oil-free sunblock for your face.

That's NORMAL, my sister she started getting pimples at 11. She still has some, she's going to be 13, she has pimples in the face, forehead, back, chest. NASSTy. That's normal, you're okay. Just don't pop them!! Wash you face at least 3 times a day and don't touch you face with your hands dirty (bacteria). Use any type of cleanser, as long as you use it and wash your face in the morning and at night. GOOD LUCK!

It's normal. Many teenagers go through the same thing. I did and so did my brother and 3 sisters.
The most important thing is not touch or pinch your pimples with your fingers. This will prevent infection and scarring down the road.
Skin varies from people to people. Find one solution that will work for you. Try Clear. Now online. Many people have used it and gotten amazing results. Check it out.

Definately normal, because your still young and break-outs happen at any age. About any products, you should try Proactiv, for some people it works great, but I've heard that for others it's just a waste of money, I don't know but you should at least try it and if you don't like it then try other brands like Neutrogena, Clean & Clear.

any time in life is a time for acne. I didn't get acne until i was 23, being pregnant with my son gave me acne. uh I know someone else who got acne at 56 when she started menopause. A lot of times acne for women is related to hormonal changes. Stress, poor diet, vitamin deficiencies, medications, chemical like hair dyes.
