how much would it cost to go from dark brown hair to blonde?

I want to get this done at a good salon that wont completely fry my hair. Any ideas on the price range, or suggestions for a salon that is good at this?

the price would depend on if your getting
Halo Highlights- about 120 +
all over Highlights - 200 +
all over blond color- 200 +

If you go to a Hair School prices can be about 1/3 of the above.

Also based on your base level and darkness you may be able to go blond without bleaching. Ask your stylist for this option.

Depending on the length, at a salon like mine, it could be as little as $39.95 not including conditioning and styling (drying only), but would increase with length and added services like conditioning, cutting, etc.

Well you would either have to bleach you're hair or go to a salon and get color works to lighten the color of you're hair then proceed to die it the color you want. It could be anywhere from 20 dollers for the bleach and hair die if you do it you're self or up to 200 with color works and a die from a professional.

Definatley NOT JC pennys they almost fried my hair off and it was all white, n its not the first time i had trouble there the coloring they use sucks just dont go there, n maybe u should lighten it in steps, so that its not a huge change/shock to u and u end up wanting your old hair back

Price will vary from place to place. so it depends on where you live. Bigger cities usually charge more.good luck!
