Camembert, Muenster, Gorgonzola, Maytag, Feta, Brie, Ricotta, Fontina. Parmesan, Provolone, Paneer, cottage, cream, Asiago, Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, Monterrey Jack, Labneh, Tvorog, Zamorano, Mascarpone, Bonchester,..that's all I could think of from the top of my head. Oh and Cheddar!

I am assuming you are looking for cheeses. My faves are Swiss, Brie, Sharp Cheddar, Jarlsberg Swiss is my absolute favorite.
