OpenOffice isn't working! Help?

I saved a document on OpenOffice, but when I tried to open it, it came up with a list of "Filter Selections" and when I tried one of THOSE, it just closed. Help, please?

I don't use open office but did find this tutorial. Give it a try.

well maybe it was just corrupt or a virus thats pretty weird oo is pretty solid lately
