skintags or moles on my face....?

iono if i dont realize them b4 but every now and then when i look at my face i see skintags that just develop in areas that never had any...its weird and i prolly got like 3 new ones in the past few months?...ive been out in the sun but ive been wearing my sunblock and my hat...any of yall know wats going on?...its making me look unattractive and i dont like it....how much does it cost to get it lasered off at a dermatologist?...any of u guys have same problems?

you need to talk to your parents and let them help you decide if you need to see a doctor, good luck
