you just need to make sure that you are eating enough calories and nutrients daily since you get in a lot of exercise. make sure that you get in at least what your BMR requires daily

Are you sore in the morning when you first get out of bed? Muscle soreness that is constant and does not naturally alleviate after a few weeks of starting a new exercise routine is a good indication that you are overworking your body. When you body hurts, it is because it is not adapting fast enough to the demands you are placing on it. It's okay to have muscle soreness after a high intensity workout or after introducing something new into your routine, but you shouldn't be sore all the time, every day. Other sypmtoms or burn out include difficulty sleeping or getting a poor quality of sleep, general malaise, difficulty gaining or keeping weight on, increased suseptibility to injuries and illness, and a negative attitude towards working out (ie. you now hate walking when you once loved it). You can also check to make sure that your body is adapting properly by monitoring your resting heart rate. Take your heart rate in the morning, before you rise from your bed when waking up naturally (that means no alarm clock). Monitor it over a weekly basis. If it is increasing (even by as little as four beats per minute) then you are overworking your body and it is unable to adapt to the demands you are placing on it. Everyone is different, and what may be too much for you, may not be for someone else. Listen to your body and work out accordingly.
