Check your state laws, I know in Michigan girls are allowed to leave and live on their own at age 17...where guys have to be 18....

Also check Statutory rape laws... again in Michigan... its legal for a 16 year old to have sex with an older guy (I think up to the age of 20 something)... 16 would be age of consent in michigan..anyways you should make sure so the 22 year old does not get in trouble for having sex w/ the 17 year old (only assuming due to fact of moving in with one another)

I would consult the laws in your state but if it's okay with the notion that they are sharing a bed with a 22 year old which could easily lead to sex then I guess you got no problems.
